Return Policy
We will replace any defective products within 15 days of the customer receiving the products. Otherwise, all purchases are final and we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail before returning a product. All returns and exchanges should include the original order number. Please indicate the reason for the return or exchange to receive refund or replacement merchandise. Please include a daytime phone number and email address where you can be reached, should we have any questions.
Please allow 2 weeks after a returned item is received for processing.
We can not refund products (PAL DVDs) that are not playing due to your player incompatibility.
